Be welcomed to the cottage by our Local Representative. Enjoy a welcome hamper with local festive produce.Spend a memorable English Christmas with family or friends in the 17th century village of Amberley in Sussex. Spring Cottage will be festively decorated with a tree and traditional decorations. Admission to Petworth House to see Georgian Christmas and parklands by Capability Brown. Visit the pub in the four local pubs, all within walking distance and enjoy a typical English Christmas and country New Year.
It will probably be cold – although snow is never guaranteed! Light the fire in the sitting room and look out for wildlife in the Wildbrooks from your comfortable chair. Or enjoy sitting in the hot tub to watch the night sky. Wrap up warm and enjoy the fresh air and maybe even participate in some carol singing!
- the cottage has 3 double bedrooms so sleeps 6 if sharing. A small single bed is available for one of the rooms alongside the double if necessary.
Día 1. Llegada Te recogerán o bien en el aeropuerto de Gatwick o en la estación de trenes del mismo aeropuerto o en la de Horsham. En Spring Cottage te espera el representante local, de Rustic Escapes,para darte la bienvenida y llevarte a visitar los alrededores del pueblo de Amberley, culminando en un cóctel de bienvenida en un pub típico del siglo. XIV, The George and the Dragon. En casa te espera una Cesta de Bienvenida, con productos locales para amenizar tu escapada. A continuación puedes disfrutar de un paseo por el río o por los conocidos South Downs o simplemente descansar en el jardín o en la terraza , desde donde puedes contemplar la vista espectacular de la Reserva Natural de Wildbrooks. Hay un jardín de flores para que te deleites haciendo arreglos para casa , un jacuzzi al aire libre para mirar a las estrellas por la noche y degusta una copa de vino espumante de una de las bodegas locales. Relájate de un buen baño y caliéntate delante de la chimenea. Dependiendo de la hora de llegada, una visita a los jardines de Parham o a un centro importante de jardinería.

SPRING COTTAGE, AMBERLEY, SUSSEX
Spring Cottage es un lugar cuidado y espacioso. Toda la casa está distribuida en dos plantas delicadamente decoradas: la planta baja con una cocina tipo Grange, para cocineros de verdad y un frigorífico Classic Smeg. El salón con espacio para el comedor, con una auténtica mesa de caoba georgiana, la sala de estar con su chaise longue de Liberty frente a la chimenea y un reloj de pared antiguo tipo Grandfather.
Una amplia puerta de cristal da salida a la terraza, desde donde tenemos maravillosas vistas panorámicas y podemos contemplar un paisaje realmente increíble, a través de los humedales de los Wildbrooks; viendo ciervos, faisanes, cisnes y gansos paseando por delante de la misma casa. Un aseo con ducha y un dormitorio con su baño en suite completan la planta baja. En la planta superior está el dormitorio principal con una cama estilo trineo con su baño y ducha y, además, hay otro dormitorio con una cama tipo sofá muy amplia y cómoda.
Una de las características de Spring Cottage es que ambos dormitorios tienen bañeras antiguas para que nuestros huéspedes puedan tomar un baño y relajarse.
El jardín es de mis sitios favoritos: se extiende escaleras abajo y si te gustan las flores ¡será una delicia pasear por él y descubrir la multitud de variedades que hay en él!
Durante el invierno podrás encender la chimenea y disfrutar de una noche típicamente inglesa sentado en la magnífica chaise longue o darte un baño en el jacuzzi mientras te tomas una copa de cava mirando las estrellas. Hay a disposición de nuestros huéspedes paraguas, chaquetas, bufandas y botas de agua (del 38 al 42) ¡para todos los gustos!
Disponemos de servicio de concierge, que te guiará para que disfrutéis al máximo de vuestro tiempo con nosotros. Nuestro concierge no sólo te puede aconsejar sobre los mejores restaurantes y pubs de la zona, además se dedicará a vosotros, reservando todo tipo de visitas culturales o deportivas, teatros, musicales, excursiones y asegurando que cualquier necesidad que podáis tener sea satisfecha. Así, si queréis que os preparen una cena o un English Breakfast, sólo tenéis que pedirlo.
El pueblecito cuenta con una tienda donde podéis abasteceos de productos frescos y artesanos de altísima calidad. El concierge también tiene como tarea pedir cualquier producto que queráis. Encontraréis en la cocina colocado vuestro pedido al volver de excursión, junto con la cesta, que en una estancia de tres noches encontraréis dos veces, repleta de buenos alimentos y productos típicos de la zona.

Cuando lo desea el huesped asimismo puede pedir que simplemente espere a que acabe cada visita y le lleve de sitio en sitio para asegurar que tenga apoyo en cada momento de su estancia. La mayoría de nuestros Concierges hablan Inglés, Castellano y Francés.
Asimismo Rustic Escapes ofrece un servicio ´Drop Off´, donde el representante local transporte al huesped a las visitas pero no le acompaña durante la experiencia, simplemente recogiéndole al final de la experiencia. Nuestro objetivo es asegurar que tengas una escapada relajante y lleno de experiencias enriquecedoras, apoyándole en todo momento y organizando todo para que pueda estar libre para disfrutar al máximo. Se debe apuntar que ni el Concierge ni el Representante local se hospedan en casa con el huesped pero Sí están disponibles para apoyarle las veinticuatro horas.
Para las Escapadas especializadas Rustic Escapes dispone de Concierges expertos; incluyendo una Horticultora y un Ornitólogo. Las Experiencias técnicas se desarrollan por expertos; cocina, talleres de floristería, hípica, vela y técnicas tradicionales etc.
