GTTI is responsible for its use of data from third parties as found on its web ,reservation data,IPS and cookies. Data received by third parties will be treated as per the regulations as laid down by the following EU Regulations 2016/670. This data is received and stored in order to fulfill services related to customer requests and relations per activities relating to rusticescapes.com.

The data will not be transferred to third parties and will be stored and available to the interested parties on demand. It will be stored only for the time deemed necessary in order to satisfy client requirements.

for any longer than this.

For example we store guest information for two years to comply with accountancy and tax requirements.This includes your name email address and invoice details.

We also store comments and communications you have sent us.

Contact details, town, address, email address, date of birth and profession.

Newsletter: name, email and address.

Google analytics: personal data cookies and user data.
